- Define standards, tooling, engineering culture and ways of working that enable your teams to thrive
- Driving a multi‑year modernization roadmap
- Aligning delivery across multiple teams and area while balancing run and change
- Building strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors across nearshore and offshore locations
Requirements
- Academic working and thinking level (HBO or WO)
- 10+ years of experience in tech leadership or IT delivery within large, complex organizations
- Broad technical and architectural expertise (Data, Security, Infrastructure, DevOps, IT in Control)
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills
- Experience with onshore/nearshore/offshore sourcing models and vendor management
- Agile leadership experience across multiple DevOps teams
- Strategic leadership
- Coaching leadership style
