Define content strategy and standards, approving all learning deliverables

10+ years of experience in learning content development, instructional design, or curriculum leadership roles
Mandatory instructional design background with strong grasp of adult learning principles
Hands-on experience with content development tools and platforms (e.g., Articulate, LMS platforms, PowerPoint, video authoring tools)
Proven experience managing vendors, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong governance mindset with the ability to balance quality, scale, and speed.
