You are the primary point of contact for our in-house talents
You support sourcing new collaboration partners, prepare proposals and handle incoming inquiries
You demonstrate negotiation skills in contracts as well as in price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
You develop concepts and content formats together with the talents and support them in implementation
You act as the interface between the talents and our partners, plan their engagements and ensure their well-being
You identify and acquire potential new talent for existing and future formats and shows
Together we help them work in a future-oriented way and create new opportunities beyond their role as artists

At least 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media or PR agency
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media platforms and online communities
Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and strong English skills, both spoken and written
