You assist in coordinating our in-house talents
You support the search for new collaboration partners, create new proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
You work on your negotiation skills for contracts as well as price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
You support the artist managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help to implement them
You act as the interface between the talents and our partners, schedule their engagements and ensure their well-being
You identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners and future formats and shows

At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., in a digital, social media, or PR agency
Interest in and a strong sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
