You assist in coordinating our internal talents
You support the search for new collaboration partners, create proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
You work on your negotiation skills for contracts and price negotiations with partners and service providers
You support the Artist Managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help bring these to life
You act as the interface between talents and our partners, plan their assignments, and ensure their well-being
You identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners and future formats and shows

At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally, experience in implementing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
