Senior Software Engineer, Backend – Ruby on Rails

Role Overview

• You will be responsible for developing and evolving critical systems, with a focus on scalability, performance, and quality.
• You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, actively participating in technical decisions and the design of solutions that directly impact the business.
• Your role will be to ensure the robustness and efficiency of backend architectures, supporting the team in adopting engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development and distributed systems architecture.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices (SOLID, Clean Architecture, etc.).
• Experience with REST APIs or similar and automated testing.
• Ability to work autonomously to solve complex problems.
• Ability to collaborate and provide technical guidance to the team, contributing to the evolution of development standards.
