Define the long term vision for Zeta’s Conversational Messaging Platform, aligning messaging channels, AI capabilities, and enterprise marketing use cases
Lead the transformation of mobile messaging into a scalable product vertical within the Vertical Applications team
Define how mobile and conversational capabilities are packaged, positioned, and monetized across Zeta's enterprise client base
Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer teams to create repeatable adoption frameworks, vertical use cases, and enterprise deployment models
Work directly with strategic clients and internal teams to translate market demand into roadmap priorities
Requirements
10+ years in Product Management, Platform Strategy, or Product-Led GTM
Track record building or scaling messaging, engagement, or martech platforms (CPaaS)
Backgrounds in Mobile engagement or conversational messaging platforms
Knowledge of Martech / Adtech infrastructure or Customer Engagement Platforms (CEP)
Familiarity with messaging infrastructure providers or enterprise SaaS with product-led GTM
Skills in platform product development and monetization strategy
Understanding of messaging protocols and ecosystems: SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Push
Experience with Conversational UX and AI-driven engagement models
Proficiency in Product-led GTM, enterprise solution positioning, and client adoption frameworks
Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
