In the team, you develop robust, scalable, and modern backend components in Java
You implement the technical foundation of our rapid application platform
You integrate external services such as email, Exchange, authentication, etc., and contribute to the continued evolution of our service-oriented architecture
You take ownership of testing your components (automated unit and integration tests)
You work closely with other development teams (frontend, cloud, AI)
You contribute across teams — we value a proactive, cross-cutting perspective, not just ticket execution

You have already gained at least 3 years of experience in Java backend development following your degree or vocational training
(Initial) experience with SQL databases (e.g., MS SQL, MySQL, or MariaDB) is a strong plus
You enjoy working with service-oriented architectures (SOA)
You want to shape things, not just maintain them — you contribute ideas and look for solutions where others see problems
You speak fluent German (at least C1) — important for team communication
You are onsite in Geisenhausen 2–3 days per week — for exchange, team cohesion, and real dialogue
