Enable and implement automation tools and pipelines to support continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), improving development velocity.
Bridge development and operations teams, fostering collaboration to enhance service reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of IT OPS experience, experience in fintech, digital payments, or banking domain is a plus.
Master web backend development techniques: protocols, architecture, storage, caching, security, etc.
Have experience in software development projects using Python or Java languages.
In-depth research on distributed architecture theory and technology, such as microservices.
Familiar with mainstream R&D technologies such as Spring ecosystem, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
Candidates with experience in open source communities are preferred.
Familiar with DevOps related tools and technologies, such as Git, Jenkins, Maven, etc.
Rich practical experience in Docker containers, proficient in using Docker, Kubernetes.
Experience with large-scale Fintech products is preferred.
Native or fluency in Spanish and English.
Preferred: Conversational in Chinese (Mandarin).
Adaptive in cross-cultural and timezone international working environments.
