Senior Program Manager – Global Clinical Training and Programming

Role Overview

• Develop the strategy for global training and programming
• Serve as the primary Project Manager for Global Clinical Training
• Develop and implement a Global Clinical Training and Programming strategy
• Coordinate logistics for training and programming
• Work closely with Jumbo customers and internal stakeholders
• Partner with US Program Managers for coordination
• Measure training and program effectiveness
• Involved in the delivery of events as needed
• Lead planning for global programming on events

Requirements

• Clinical license or equivalent in your country
• 3-5 years of experience in facilitation and event planning
• Complete knowledge and understanding of the unique global challenges
• Ability to work on problems of diverse scope
• Enhance relationships with senior internal/external partners
• Complete knowledge of Program Management and data evaluation
• Proficient in Google Suite, Zoom, and additional events platforms
• Solid understanding of instructional design and content development
• Knowledgeable about training evaluation techniques
• Effective communication with customers and fellow team members
