- Out-of-court debt recovery.
- Review and analysis of real estate contracts (with emphasis on agribusiness).
- Preparation and formalization of guarantees, deeds of transfer in payment (dation in payment), and bank credit instruments (CCB, CPR, REFIN, ACC, etc.).
- Handling strategic litigation in targeted matters.
- Administrative matters involving shopping centers.
Requirements
- Attorney with an analytical profile and experience in civil and administrative advisory work.
- Postgraduate studies preferred in Real Estate / Agribusiness / Corporate / Contract Law.
