Responsible for system-level validation, failure analysis, characterization, and experimentation of customer systems
Run and configure diagnostic software, design experiments, analyze and interpret data
Provide technical customer integration support at customer locations
Work with customers and memory enablers like GPU manufacturers to attain design wins and qualifications of Micron memory products
Debug Micron Product Customer Failures
Provide technical support to customers and the field sales
Collaborate with Product Engineering and Return Material Authorization (RMA)

A Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (or an equivalent field)
2-4 years of experience or 1-3 years of experience respectively
Comfortable working and programming with Linux, Python/C/C++, version control systems (git, svn)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Basic understanding of DRAM operations and computer networking
