Deliver end-to-end data and AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, focusing on Microsoft Fabric
Independently lead and deliver billable client engagements
Execute Atmosera delivery frameworks including Data Workshops, Assessments & Blueprinting, and Fabric Foundations
Design and implement scalable, secure, and performant data solutions
Own technical architecture decisions and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Build and optimize data pipelines and develop Spark-based workloads
Facilitate workshops, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and maintain professionalism

Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric
Strong experience with Azure Data Factory
Advanced proficiency in Apache Spark (PySpark/Scala preferred)
Experience designing modern data architectures (lakehouse, medallion, ELT/ETL patterns)
Strong understanding of Azure data services and ecosystem integration
Proven ability to independently deliver consulting engagements
Strong client-facing communication and facilitation skills
Experience leading workshops, assessments, and architecture design sessions
Ability to operate with minimal oversight after onboarding
