You perform functional analysis and translate business requirements into solutions
You contribute to development (COBOL), testing, and validation activities
You support issue analysis and resolution in production

You have a bachelor or master’s degree in IT and at least 5 years of Mainframe experience
You are fluent in English
You have a strong Mainframe background (COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS)
You have a strong functional mindset with the ability to analyse requirements
You are still actively involved in development (hands-on profile)
You have experience in the banking domain; knowledge of payments is an advantage
Knowledge of SWIFT MT / MX messages (and other payment file types) is a strong plus
You have good communication and collaboration skills
You are a team player and integrate well within an Agile squad
You are assertive, structured, and pragmatic in your approach
