Role Overview
- The role will be primarily project-focused and will also support operations
- Collaborate in the administration of web servers and application servers
- Provide advanced-level technical support related to system configuration and performance
- Provide advanced-level technical support for questions, incidents, maintenance, and system updates
- Participate in the design and development of technology projects
- Provide advanced-level technical support related to the usage and performance of supported databases
Requirements
- Experience with WebLogic and WebSphere
- Experience with WebLogic is mandatory

- Provide advanced-level technical support related to system configuration and performance
- Provide advanced-level technical support for questions, incidents, maintenance, and updates of infrastructure support systems
- Participate in the design and development of technology projects
- Provide advanced-level technical support related to the usage and performance of supported databases
- Experience with application services and middleware
- Administration and support of operating systems
- Professional experience in large organizations (preferably financial institutions)
- Working knowledge of best practices (ITIL/COBIT) and project management methodologies (PMO or PRINCE2)
