Lead Inventory, Analytics, and Distribution execution across the BD Advanced Access Devices (AAD) platform.
Think strategically, leverage data for problem solving, and collaborate with global teams to deliver results.
Optimize inventory planning and drive technology enablement within the supply chain.
Manage shelf life and back order projections regularly.
Create monthly E&O governance models with finance to mitigate expenses.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related degree; or MBA/MS in relevant discipline preferred
9+ years of Supply Chain planning; demonstrated planning experience handling large portfolios and data sets
Minimum 2 years of people leading experience, preferred.
Demonstrated experience working in optimization tools and ERP systems (e.g. JDE, SAP)
Advanced experience in planning systems required (Kinaxis, o9, Anaplan, etc.)
Financial literary required; understanding of basic P&L terminology and financial systems
ASCM/APICS (CPIM, CSCP) or IBF (CPF, ACPF) certification desired, required within the first 3 years.
