- Serve as the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, providing support for all inquiries before, during, and after booking.
- Support customers via phone and email.
- Advise customers with expert knowledge of products and services.

- Collaborate as a team player and handle administrative tasks within the team.
Requirements
- Fluent in German with strong English skills.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for service and helping customers.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar role.
- Technical proficiency with proven MS Office knowledge.
- Flexibility to work remotely from home, with availability Monday to Sunday.
