About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, providing support for all inquiries before, during, and after booking.
Support customers via phone and email.
Advise customers with expert knowledge of products and services.
Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through friendly and professional service.
Collaborate as a team player and handle administrative tasks within the team.
Requirements
Fluent in German with strong English skills.
Customer-oriented with a passion for service and helping customers.
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar role.
Technical proficiency with proven MS Office knowledge.
Flexibility to work remotely from home, with availability Monday to Sunday.
