Convert product vision and strategy into clear system, functional, and technical requirements
Uphold Agile and Scrum principles, owning and prioritizing the product backlog to maximize customer and business value
Develop and refine user stories, workflows, logic diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes in collaboration with UX and engineering
Write crisp, unambiguous user stories, technical tasks, and clear acceptance criteria
Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature complete review sessions
Identify dependencies, risks, and constraints; proactively remove impediments to support sprint and release goals
Act as a liaison between marketing, customers/end‑users, systems engineering, software, hardware, and quality teams
Produce product and system‑level documentation to support releases, training, and internal alignment as required
Serve as a senior product owner, guiding and mentoring junior product owners where required
Own the prioritization framework and make high-stakes trade-offs across scope, schedule, and resources to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and customer value
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, systems engineering, or related field
Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Product Owner
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management, and release planning
Proficiency in defining system‑level requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
Familiarity with SAFe, SDLC, and product lifecycle management processes
Preferred: Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or other regulated industries
