About this role
Role Overview
Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners across the territory.
Create and execute a territory business plan informed by customer insight and local needs.
Share clear, accurate and science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.
Record activity, outcomes and customer feedback accurately using company systems.
Work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.
Keep learning about clinical evidence, local market trends and practical ways to improve performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, medical business, or territory management experience
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu or other local languages used in Nalgonda
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Right to work in India.
