Provide product information, support, and training for PCR, ELISA, and Lateral Flow product lines
Understand the product's added value and convey this to customers and distributors
Install and maintain equipment for the product lines
Install and provide training on associated software
Diagnose and resolve customers' technical questions and issues
Respond promptly and appropriately to inquiries and complaints in coordination with other teams
Document interactions in SFDC (Salesforce) and resolve them in a timely manner
Escalate trend issues or significant account problems to the manager
Build and maintain customer relationships
Make calls and/or client visits to build, maintain, and strengthen existing relationships in close alignment with the sales ecosystem

Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or related fields
Availability to travel (Brazil and Mercosur) and possession of a valid Category B driver's license (CNH B)
Previous experience in technical support required
Practical laboratory experience with ELISA and PCR techniques
Intermediate level of English and Spanish
