Role Overview
- Own execution and delivery for your team
- Run the team’s planning ceremonies and keep the roadmap aligned with our organizational priorities
- Lead a team of experienced software engineers
- Partner with senior engineers to shape technical direction, architecture, and sequencing for the squad’s roadmap
- Work closely with embedded Analytics partners to define the metrics that describe Money Movement health
- Help define guidelines for how we build and maintain systems across the organization
Requirements
- Depth in backend systems
- Engineering management experience
