Proven experience running app install campaigns — mobile apps preferred, but strong e-commerce or lead gen experience is considered
Deep familiarity with Meta Ads, including App Promotion campaign setup and optimization
Understanding of the difference between optimizing for clicks, installs, and purchases — and when each matters
Comfortable with attribution tracking and diagnosing data discrepancies
Ability to stretch a limited budget into measurable results through structured testing
Experience with TikTok Ads or Google App Campaigns (nice-to-have)
Familiarity with mobile attribution tools like AppsFlyer or Adjust (nice-to-have)
Experience scaling an app from zero or near-zero install volume (nice-to-have)
Understanding of creative performance patterns for fitness, productivity, or utility apps (nice-to-have)
