Own analytical deliverables that inform portfolio decisions.
Manage PO/vendor oversight activities executed by CBRE.
Partner with Genpact/Controllership for monthly close reconciliation and variance commentary.
Conduct analysis for CAPEX and OPEX initiatives, supporting strategic decisions with data-driven insights.
Manage PO, invoice, and vendor maintenance.
Ensure alignment with financial processes.
Collaborate with Genpact and CBRE to coordinate monthly close processes.
Build robust, auditable models for lease/buy/build/sale-leaseback decisions.
Perform detailed variance analysis and root-cause commentary.
Manage CBRE POs end-to-end (approx. 100–200 POs/year).
