Analyze problems and tech issues, offer solutions, and test, modify, automate, and integrate systems.
Long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution.
Provide analysis, documenting and diagraming work for hand-off.
Collaborate with Architects, Technicians, and PMs throughout the lifespan of projects.

Strong knowledge in Z/OS upgrade and Maintenance.
Configuration and customization of base components including JES2.
Extensive experience in a multiple CPU environment
Proficiency in troubleshooting high-priority and performance issues within a z/OS environment
Strong knowledge of SMP/E
Good understanding of WLM, RMF, HCD, and ISV products
Implementation of secure network and maintenance of TCPIP / VTAM and related network products.
Proficiency in REXX, Assembler, and JCL
Familiarity with VTAM/TCPIP network administration
Experience with tools like ZOSMF and/or ZOWE
Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
