Associate – Distribution Quality Assurance

Role Overview

• Ensure the compliant and efficient distribution of medicinal products
• Maintain full oversight of GMP/GDP‑relevant activities
• Ensure product quality during storage, transport, and incoming goods processes
• Evaluate and mitigate risks arising from deviations or environmental excursions
• Ensure adherence to GDP regulations
• Coordinate between external logistics partners and Lilly manufacturing sites
• Assess quality‑relevant issues, changes, and (distribution) complaints
• Support the development and maintenance of shipping specifications
• Read, analyse and evaluate temperature data
• Oversee the incoming goods inspections performed by the external logistics provider.

Requirements

• A completed degree in pharmacy or a comparable natural science
• High level of expertise within the pharmaceutical industry
• Profound knowledge of national and international drug legislation
• Solid knowledge of the Lilly product portfolio
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong team orientation
