Own defined Rimini Manage service offerings or product areas, including service definition, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.
Translate customer needs, delivery insights, and market feedback into clear, outcome-oriented service definitions that emphasize efficiency, reliability, and reduced operational burden
Support the development of business cases, pricing inputs, and packaging recommendations for new or evolving Rimini Manage offerings.
Lead cross-functional execution for new Rimini Manage launches and enhancements, ensuring readiness across delivery, sales, and marketing.
Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., adoption, utilization, customer outcomes) to inform continuous improvement.
Partner with Service Delivery to improve scalability, consistency, and repeatability, reducing variability while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Develop clear, data-driven updates and recommendations for senior functional leaders and executives.
Partner with Service Delivery and Engineering to ensure Rimini Manage offerings align with delivery capabilities and quality standards.
Work closely with Product Marketing to support positioning, messaging, and enablement materials for Rimini Manage.
Collaborate with Sales and Sales Enablement to ensure Rimini Manage offerings are clearly understood and effectively supported throughout the sales process.
Engage with Finance on forecasting, margin considerations, and performance tracking.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or Master’s degree a plus.
6-8+ years of experience in product management, service design, or related roles within enterprise software, IT services, or managed services.
Experience defining, launching, or managing service-based offerings with an emphasis on operational execution and customer outcomes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and recommendations.
Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
