Design, build, test, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath, Workato, Power Automate, or equivalent platforms
Deliver automation initiatives end to end, including design, implementation, testing, documentation, and release
Develop and maintain system-to-system integrations using APIs (REST, webhooks)
Integrate automation workflows with CRE platforms (e.g. CAFM, access control, desk booking, SharePoint, Oracle)
Implement robust error handling, monitoring, and logging standards
Build supporting applications using Power Apps where required
Partner with the larger CRE teams to analyse processes and identify automation opportunities
Collaborate with CRE stakeholders and enterprise technology partners on standards and integration patterns

3–5 years’ experience in automation engineering or RPA-focused roles
Strong hands-on experience with UiPath, Workato, Power Automate, or similar platforms
Proven experience with API-based system integrations
Experience delivering automation solutions in enterprise environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Practical experience using AI-enabled tools (e.g. Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or similar) to enhance automation workflows
