Deliver secure, scalable, developer‑friendly platform capabilities that speed up delivery while improving reliability and operational efficiency
Write code, automate processes, and deepen systems knowledge while contributing ideas that move the platform forward
Implement platform features that improve scalability, security, and reliability across our systems
Develop reusable, self-service components (e.g., Helm charts, Terraform modules) that abstract complexity and boost developer productivity
Collaborate with product, security, and operations to refine requirements and deliver solutions that meet evolving business needs
Contribute to design and architecture reviews to ensure long-term maintainability and resiliency
Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews, helping to turn findings into platform improvements
Champion best practices in automation, observability, and secure-by-default infrastructure
Provide 24/7 operational support through a structured on-call rotation, responding promptly to incidents and service disruptions

3–5 years of hands‑on experience in platform engineering, SRE, infrastructure, or DevOps roles
Practical familiarity with Kubernetes, AWS, containerization, Terraform, and at least one configuration‑management tool (e.g., Ansible)
A sound understanding of distributed‑system fundamentals and modern software‑engineering practices
Experience implementing or extending CI/CD pipelines, monitoring/observability tooling, or other internal platform capabilities
Solid troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, with a bias for action and iterative improvement
Strong collaboration and communication abilities: comfortable working across teams and disciplines
A growth mindset and passion for building developer‑friendly, scalable systems
Exposure to emerging innovative technologies in business applications is an advantage.
