About this role

Lead the development and enhancement of our eCS website, a digital self-service portal for cardholders.
Participate in the definition and communication of product vision and roadmap for eCS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, and customer support.
Utilize Agile methodologies to manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and drive sprint planning.
Write comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTMs), and user stories.
Facilitate story refinement sessions for clarity and detail in user stories and epics for the development team.
Engage closely with clients to gather feedback and understand their needs.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in developing digital applications, specifically within credit/debit products.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in an Agile environment.
Proficiency with UI/UX design tools such as Figma and a solid grasp of design principles.
Knowledge of accessibility standards, ensuring digital products meet compliance requirements.
Experience with analytics tools to assess product performance and user engagement.
Familiarity with distributed technologies, including APIs and databases.
Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
