Works with the Delivery Lead, PMO, and cross workstream leads to define end-to-end deployment strategy, schedule, and readiness criteria across releases.
Defines and maintains deployment of work plans, cutover activities, milestones, and required personnel.
Manages cross release and cross unit dependencies, deployment risks, and decision points.
Coordinates deployment activities across business functions and ensures deployment planning aligns with enterprise calendars, regulatory constraints, and business readiness milestones.
Provides deployment impact input into release of sequencing and scope of decisions.
Leads objective deployment readiness assessments across: Application and configuration readiness, Data and integration readiness, Security, controls, and compliance readiness, Training and organizational adoption readiness
Ensures executive sponsor awareness and commitment prior to go live.
Partners with Change Management and Training leads to validate readiness assumptions and mitigate adoption risk.
Works closely with the Test Lead to monitor system, integration, and user acceptance test outcomes.
Validates adherence to quality management plans, release governance standards, and audit expectations.
Defines and enforces go/no-go criteria based on pre-defined checklists and metrics; leads business readiness checkpoints and prepares for go/no-go decisions.
Supports cutover planning, including business shutdown windows, freeze periods, and sequencing business activities.
Coordinates post go live (hypercare) support activities across business, IT, and vendors, including triage, defect prioritization, and stabilization support.
Defines stabilization entry/exit criteria and transition to steady-state support.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
8+ years of experience in deployment management, release management, or large‑scale enterprise system implementations.
Demonstrated experience using structured ERP deployment methodologies
Proven track record coordinating cross functional, multi-workstream teams.
Strong planning, risk management, and dependency management skills.
Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate deployment readiness and risk clearly to executive audiences.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (strongly preferred)
Experience supporting finance or regulated environments (controls, audit, compliance).
Familiarity with organizational change management frameworks
Experience with multi-‑release or phased ERP deployments rather than single big-bang go-‑lives.
