Engineer, operate, and support enterprise-grade services in cloud and hybrid environments
Lead and support migration of on-premises services to cloud platforms, ensuring continuity, performance, and reliability
Manage and optimize service performance, availability, and scalability across multiple enterprise systems
Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and performance management solutions
Ensure services meet defined SLAs, SLOs, and operational requirements
Troubleshoot complex service integration and performance issues across infrastructure, identity, and user environments
Partner with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure secure, compliant, and resilient service delivery
Document service architectures, operational runbooks, and support procedures
Provide senior-level technical guidance and mentoring to engineering peers
Requirements
Active Full Scope Polygraph (required; no exceptions)
Senior-level experience as a Cloud Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or Enterprise Services Engineer
Strong background supporting multiple enterprise services simultaneously in production environments
Demonstrated experience transitioning on-premises infrastructure and services into cloud environments
Deep understanding of: Service availability and resiliency, Performance monitoring and tuning, Incident response and root cause analysis, SLA/SLO-driven operations
Experience operating in secure, highly regulated environments
Azure-based enterprise environments (experience with AWS or other cloud platforms also valued)
