Optimize business performance by providing Supply Chain cost support and financial analysis to internal teams
Provide leadership to the Supply Chain Finance team to ensure continued professional development and technical skills
Provide financial analysis, interpretation and communication of key issues and metrics to leadership along with recommendations for course correction
Track Operational Metrics / KPIs and manage performance
Maintain a “pulse” on business trends and perform dynamic planning to help both SBA and Supply Chain Services meet business goals
Support Distribution actuals and forecast needs
Develop / deliver monthly Reporting for leadership
Participate in business planning; prepare and coordinate Distribution plan and work with Supply Chain and Operations Finance partners
Be a leader in supporting the Warehousing organization
Identify areas of improvements and standardization
Participate in projects – when needed
