2–3 years of experience in a similar role, building and deploying AI-powered automations and integrations in a fast-moving, product-led environment.
Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications or agents.
Clear understanding of LLM limitations (e.g., hallucination mitigation) and ideally experience with prompt engineering and guardrails.
Proficient in writing lightweight scripts (Python/JavaScript) and using orchestration tools (n8n, Zapier) to connect systems.
Familiarity with Salesforce data models and CRM constraints.
Proven track record of mapping complex workflows and translating unstructured data into actionable insights end-to-end.
Ability to balance impact versus effort for rapid prototyping.
