About this role
Role Overview
Develops and deepens relationships with advisors and other financial intermediaries to drive sales and retention of investment products.
Supports medium to high value clients through a balanced mix of virtual engagement and in person field activity.
Represents Vanguard mutual funds and ETFs to advisors and financial planning firms.
Achieves established sales, asset growth, and retention goals while operating in alignment with Vanguard’s Code of Ethics.
Implements a strategic territory and sales plan to identify, develop, and grow high‑quality intermediary relationships.
Drives sales results by increasing awareness of Vanguard’s investment products, solutions, and services.
Requirements
Five or more years of related professional experience, including at least one year in a sales or client-facing role.
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required; graduate degree preferred.
Progress toward professional designations such as MBA, CFA, or CIM preferred.
