About this role

Responsible for revenue growth and market development in Germany (through new and existing customers)
Proactive new customer acquisition
Management and strategic development of key accounts
Close coordination with internal international teams (Sales, Engineering, Aftermarket)
Technical consulting: plant and system design, process evaluation, product training
Preparation and coordination of proposals and solutions with internal specialist teams
Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities
Documenting and maintaining all activities in Salesforce

Degree in a technical field (e.g., process engineering, mechanical engineering)
3 to 5 years' sales experience in special plant engineering
Technical understanding and advisory competence for complex solutions
Strong communication skills at all levels – from technicians to executive management
Independent, goal-oriented, assertive, and willing to travel (approx. 60% travel)
Fluent German and English (business proficiency)
