Role Overview
- Develop, support, and maintain processes to assist project teams in executing customer projects
- Ensure process excellence and continuously design improvements
- Support the strategic process roadmap and align with key stakeholders
- Manage and evaluate incoming change requests
- Model and document processes at all operational levels
Requirements
- Academic degree in information management, business administration, engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a global company, focusing on process management
- Understanding of the relationship between operational activities and processes
- Comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills
- Practical and systematic approach to tasks
- Experience with process management systems or CPX is advantageous
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
