Analyze performance across all key functions including demand generation (Sales, Account Management, Partnerships), R&D, Member Support.
Build and own dynamic models and dashboards to track performance and enable data-driven decision-making.
Design and lead reporting frameworks that surface meaningful insights for leadership and board-level discussions.
Drive strategic initiatives like bookings forecasting, funnel conversion analysis, customer segmentation, and various optimization analytics.
Collaborate cross-functionally to define KPIs, build business cases, and measure the success of growth initiatives.

Minimum 3 years experience with 1-2 years in a strategic finance/corporate FP&A environment.
Strong analytical thinking and business acumen; fluency in GTM metrics like CAC, LTV, churn, funnel conversion, and sales velocity.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Familiarity with systems like Adaptive, Salesforce, Looker, or Hubspot is a plus.
Proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
