Senior Brand and Creative Manager

Role Overview

• Lead the end-to-end production of advertising pipeline.
• Work on high-visibility ATL campaigns with Head of Brand and Creative.
• Optimize process and resource management through standardization and AI.
• Champion creative-best practices during production and attend shoots.
• Own the brand voice, writing high-impact copy and evolving TOV guidelines.
• Propose creative strategies and brand initiatives to propel brand strategy forward.
• Attend weekly planning and brainstorming sessions for cross-functional alignment.
• Use brand health metrics to inform work and creative strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Brand and Creative (or relevant area).
• Mastery of copywriting, production, and campaign delivery across BTL and ATL channels.
• Possess a strong portfolio of campaigns and creative work demonstrating commercial results.
• Mastery of brand principles, Tone of Voice (TOV), and production methodologies.
• Data-literate with comfort in using performance insights to inform creative decisions.
• Experience managing shoots and providing direction on-set.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive in exploring and implementing AI tools for operational efficiency.
• Interest in how emerging technologies are reshaping brand storytelling.
