Enterprise Payments Ops Analyst

Role Overview

• Navigate challenging requests and perform extensive research for premium customers
• Collaborate closely with internal operations partners
• Support provided to enhance cross-segment research
• Act as a subject matter expert and perform daily operational processes
• Supports new system and process implementation and workflow
• Research specialized problems and take action to correct
• Lead in process improvement ideas and documentation
• Participate in creation and maintenance of procedures for various departments
• Build test scripts and manage system enhancements
• Involved in all aspects of projects including project needs analysis and documentation

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Three or more years mortgage banking experience
• Black Knight MSP Experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of loan operations and compliance/regulatory guidelines (RESPA, OCC and CFPB)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
