Support the implementation, deployment and maintenance of technology projects (CRM and CX platforms)
Configure and parameterize tools (surveys, flows, automations, triggers)
Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical requirements and support squads in product evolution
Structure analyses, turn data into actionable insights and generate recommendations to improve processes
Document processes and procedures, ensuring quality and traceability
Work in partnership with technical and business teams, aligning expectations and prioritizing deliverables

Preferably degree in technical fields, technology, engineering, business administration or related areas
Previous experience implementing and deploying technology projects (CRM, CX platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Qualtrics, Medallia)
Experience configuring tools (e.g., surveys, flows, automations, triggers)
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Analytical profile with the ability to structure analyses and generate actionable insights
Experience with Excel/Sheets (intermediate or advanced)
Nice to have: Experience with CX/EX, NPS, and customer journey
Knowledge of BI (Power BI, Tableau) or SQL
Experience with system integrations
Intermediate English (reading, using systems and participating in basic meetings)
