About this role

Plan, develop and maintain automated tests for microservices (functional and integration)
Develop and execute manual and automated tests to validate APIs and services
Support technical specifications and define test scenarios, working closely with product and development teams
Execute and analyze stress, load and performance tests, identifying bottlenecks and risks
Ensure the quality of deliverables throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Identify, log and track defects
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, standards and quality metrics
Provide technical support and mentoring to less experienced analysts when needed

Experience with different types of testing: test automation, functional, integration, APIs, performance, security, and usability
Experience working in agile projects
Hands-on experience with test automation
Ability to communicate with clients (technical stakeholders) and other team members, supporting them to meet project delivery commitments
Capacity to identify risks and prioritize project items according to delivery objectives
Knowledge of code versioning systems such as Git
Knowledge of SQL queries
Creation and maintenance of test data sets
Familiarity with CI/CD practices (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery)
