Create multi-platform content: produce videos, photos, visuals and written materials, in line with the brand/graphic guidelines.
Support the management of the internal social network (Viva Engage): manage the editorial calendar; create and publish posts.
Contribute to the monthly internal newsletter: liaise with internal contributors, coordinate and collect topics; proactively research topics and supplementary information; write and finalize content layout.
Provide support for internal events implementation: participate in the preparation, coordination and deployment of internal events.
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in communications.
Strong writing and editorial skills.
Proven ability in creating multimedia content and proficiency with communication and creation tools, including DTP (desktop publishing) tools.
Collaborative mindset; curious and creative.
Able to work independently, adaptable and able to prioritize: comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Good level of English.
