Aline is looking for a Corporate and Event Communications apprentice to join the Corporate Communications team.
The apprentice will work on the Vittel and Contrexéville sites, while collaborating remotely with the Corporate and Event Communications team at the Paris headquarters and with the Marketing teams.
The apprentice will take charge of several cross‑functional projects, with real room for initiative and the opportunity to contribute ideas on a daily basis.
You will be responsible for:
Internal communication
Create content (copy, photos, videos) to highlight internal initiatives
Manage internal social channels and digital screens
Showcase team projects, successes, innovations and employee profiles
Contribute to the creation of internal newsletters and short video segments
Maintain and update communication materials
Corporate events
Support the preparation, coordination and facilitation of events (ceremonies, visits, workshops, themed days…)
Promote events before, during and after they take place
Actively contribute to cross‑functional communication projects
Conduct creative monitoring and benchmarking on communication, digital and local impact trends
Regularly propose improvements, ideas and new actions
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in communication, marketing or events.
You are proficient with digital communication tools, notably the Adobe suite, Microsoft Office and basic video editing tools.
You understand social media conventions — timing, formatting and storytelling — and have strong writing skills.
You demonstrate a strong sense of organization and project management.
You are comfortable taking photos and videos, even at a beginner level, and are motivated to learn and improve.
You are proactive, creative and curious, and stand out for your energy, enthusiasm and motivation.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable engaging with teams.
You are autonomous while knowing when to ask for help, and you show rigor, attention to detail and reliability.
You can manage multiple topics in parallel with responsiveness while maintaining a strong sense of storytelling and positive communication.
