About this role

Develop, maintain, and support web-based applications for the Department of Social Services
Design, develop, and implement .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, and PrimeNG
Develop and maintain data-driven applications with MS SQL Server 2016
Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and deployment of software components
Support legacy system modernization and integrate SC Voucher and CACFP processes into CCSS
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions
Maintain documentation and follow software development best practices, including Agile methodologies
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
Troubleshoot, modify, and support existing applications as needed

5+ years of experience in .NET Systems Software Programming
3+ years designing and implementing medium to large-scale software systems using .NET architectures
3+ years building web-based N-tier applications with dynamic content and complex security models
3+ years developing data-driven applications with MS SQL Server
Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and multiple application, database, or web server systems
2+ years of experience of design and implementation of multiple software components and subsystems
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with DSS and stakeholders
