Role Overview
- Work in multidisciplinary teams (Product Owner, UX, Marketing, and SysAdmin) with an agile mindset, developing solutions that delight our customers;
- Ensure the quality and maintainability of all code produced by you and your peers;
- Tackle challenges involving different languages and technologies;
- Continuously teach and learn in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Ability to self-organize and manage your own backlog.
- Clear and assertive communication (written and verbal).
- Collaboration in multidisciplinary teams (Dev, PO, UX, QA).
- Focus on delivering value and continuous improvement.
- Adaptability to changing contexts and priorities.
- Strong experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
- Knowledge of design patterns and clean code best practices.
- Integration with REST APIs.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
- Automated testing (RSpec, Minitest) and TDD.
- Proficiency in Vue.js.
- Experience with design systems and implementing reusable components.
- HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Less), and JavaScript/ES6+.
- Consuming APIs and integrating with back-end services.
- Docker and containers for development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar).
- Basic knowledge of DevOps and observability (logs, metrics, monitoring).
