Role Overview
- Lead the strategic roadmap and continuous enhancement of the enterprise PAM program
- Oversee implementation and adoption of PAM capabilities
- Drive end-to-end privileged access lifecycle expansion
- Define and enforce risk-tiered control policies
- Partner with IAM governance bodies, Security Operations, and Audit teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity
- Depth in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and security controls
- Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM), SSO, MFA, CIAM, RBAC, and/or directory governance
- Strong requirements and delivery execution skills
- Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms
