Support the Customer Success team internally with extraction, organization, and analysis of platform data;
Assist in analyzing key e-commerce performance indicators — such as product availability, content quality, price competitiveness, and digital execution — helping to identify improvement opportunities and optimize results;
Create strategic materials and presentations for clients, using dashboards and charts to communicate data clearly, generate insights, and support decision-making;
Contribute analyses that help identify opportunities to improve clients' digital performance;
Interact with different company departments to enable daily activities, ensuring alignment, information flow, and efficient execution of tasks.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or other related STEM fields;
Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning;
Advanced Excel skills;
Organized;
Attention to detail;
Sense of urgency and ability to manage workload;
Ability to negotiate deadlines;
Good written and verbal communication skills;
Knowledge of or interest in e-commerce is a plus;
Experience with Digital Trade Marketing is a plus;
Experience with data analysis, dashboards, or strategic presentations is a plus;
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
