Execute on the best possible logistics experience for customers, including in-transit tracking and exception handling
Mitigate risks and impacts associated with daily operations, minimizing potential disruption to the business
Manage departmental administration, ensuring the day-to-day business operates optimally

Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in: Sea freight experience importing from Trans Pacific and Trans Atlantic trade lanes into North America
Working with international service providers for both FCL and LCL bookings
Customs procedures and documentation
INCOTERMS
Microsoft Office, including Excel
