Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy testing to maximize CTR and conversions.
Optimize campaigns daily to achieve target KPIs (CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Registrations, Activations etc).
Monitor and report on performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with the performance and analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
Stay up to date with new ad formats, trends, and best practices in paid search and digital marketing.
Plan and analyse A/B tests to improve key marketing KPIs.

2+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads & Bing Ads required).
BSc/MSc in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Keyword Planner and other available tools to deliver insightful performance reports.
Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience with bidding strategies and campaign optimization.
Experience in the financial, fintech, or FX services industry is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and work efficiently under pressure.
Strong ability to analyse marketing performance, interpret complex data sets, and provide clear insights.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
Nice to have: Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications.
