Analyze and gather IT requirements in close collaboration with business units and project teams
Create and maintain requirement specifications as well as functional and technical documentation
Support tenders and vendor selection processes for IT solutions
Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle
Develop and introduce best practices in requirements engineering
Coach and provide methodological guidance to business units and project teams on requirements elicitation, management, structuring, and documentation

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification preferred
Professional experience in requirements engineering, ideally with coaching experience
Strong communication and moderation/facilitation skills
Knowledge of IT architectures, interfaces and system integration
Experience with databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server)
Basic knowledge of CI/CD processes and modern software development approaches
Understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g., Citrix) and browser compatibility
Knowledge of cloud architectures and IT security standards (e.g., ISO 27001) desirable
Very good German skills, good English skills
